This is the only patch that is getting an error at installation. I've tried update troubleshooter, standalone install and clearing Software Distribution folder without success. Are others having this issue?

Then there are some more steps you can try prior installation.
sfc /scannow
DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

I had to reply to this. I was baffled as to why my updates kept on failing every single time i tried them...it was driving me crazy because windows update was eating a lot of memory in the background. I saw this post and figured Id give it a try...and it worked, perfectly. As soon as I dl'd "628", the others all downloaded and installed fine. Thanks you for this.
