After win 10 update, sticky notes now uses a separate taskbar tab for each note. Before update, all notes were in one tab.

***Title Modified Original: sticky notes***

I just found a better app for sticky notes than the Windows 10 version. Until this update, I've been using the Windows 10 version. Obviously the development team wanted to butcher their sticky notes app to force us to switch to a better, non-Microsoft one. Thank you, development team! Without this regressive update, I would not have found a better app! I won't say which one, but it's easy to find with a quick Google search. I am not going to uninstall/remove the Microsoft version of sticky notes. Thanks again.

I've tried several alternative apps and found them lacking. Googling show lots of additional apps to try. Your post is not very helpful.

If Google Keep worked as a desktop overlay just as Sticky Notes, that would be the solution.

Please share the app you're using.

    Sticky notes just became unusable.

Whoever thought this update was a good idea, and whoever approved it, should be fired and then whipped for good measure. I cannot even fathom what kind of thought process that managed to roll on and decide this was a good idea. Sticky Notes just went from helpful and useful to messy and useless. If you have 20+ notes, good luck keeping track of which was which for you to click in the taskbar now... plus you'll have to click twenty times to bring them up when previously you just had to click once.

Typical Microsoft to make an update absolutely NO ONE would ever ask for, and push it through just because. Seriously, revert that change because it's an even bigger ****-up than what EA managed with Mass Effect 3 ending.
