After win 10 update, sticky notes now uses a separate taskbar tab for each note. Before update, all notes were in one tab.

And now, they might have even introduced ANOTHER bug with sticky notes - not only are all of the tabs combined, but sometimes switching to a new desktop does NOT remove the tabs from your taskbar - you have to close all of them and then reload the app before they finally do.
Wonderful, wonderful work MS. Gunna be taking a look at the Classic Sticky Notes program mentioned earlier in this thread. Tadoodles.

June 2020 - nearly a full year later and still no fix? Has anyone found a way to change it with a registry edit or something? Please!
