Sticky Notes Icon on taskbar is not combined

After win 10 update, sticky notes now uses a separate taskbar tab for each note. Before update, all notes were in one tab.

    Wow. Thanks Microsoft for turning Sticky Notes into absolute garbage. I lost a note because I accidentally closed it while trying to log in to sync my notes, which doesn't work either. I'm signed in to my Microsoft account across the board (Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc,) so I know there's not an issue with my account, so it must be another side effect of the notes "update".

    This is seriously terrible.  I know it must seem so petty to Microsoft, but for so many people, like myself, the sticky note app was useful for storing those quickly needed lists or items to copy/paste and keep them handy.  But not if they are going to take up half of the task bar.  That's simply ludicrous.  I will be looking for an alternative app, unfortunately as this is no longer usable.

    Windows Update just ran and my taskbar is now filled with Sticky Notes tabs. YAY! Genius! Just what I always wanted. I'll never go back to the uncluttered and convenient system of having all my notes controlled by a single tab. Too clean and easy. Thanks Microsoft!

    My Windows10 just updated and at first I was very confused about why I have so many sticky notes tabs. Why would I need them, if I have all of the notes on my desktop anyway. I want all other tabs to be seperate, EXCEPT sticky notes - that should be one tab, otherwise..what's the point...

    I hope they fix it soon. Right now I'm considering using the list of notes options, since this is only one tab. 

    FIX IT !!!

    I've tried several alternative apps and found them lacking. Googling show lots of additional apps to try. Your post is not very helpful.
