Exactly right. We already know we can hide the labels but many of us don't want to.

After win 10 update, sticky notes now uses a separate taskbar tab for each note. Before update, all notes were in one tab.

It's always odd how Microsoft puts features in, people figure a way to use them in their day to day operations, and then Microsoft changes things without giving the option to keep it the same way. Just adding my opinion to the chain as well to get it changed back.
