Snip & Sketch add a text box

I can draw on a snip, but it is hard to write a note with a mouse.

Can I add a text box and  type a note on a snip?

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Settings

I understand that you want to add a text box to type a note on a snip using when using Snip & Sketch. However, I would like to inform that the feature to add a text box is currently not available.

I commend you for noticing this feature not being within Snip & Sketch. We would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions, as there may be other users with a similar requirement. Hence, I would suggest you to post a feedback in Microsoft Feedback Hub so that our developing team can review your suggestions and check if it can be included in the future updates.

    Yes it is a necessar feature. Mac OS has it. Please design a version of this feature, and make it personal. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Please add this text insert feature - it would be so, so useful. Snip and Sketch is such an excellent app otherwise.

    WOW... this is seriously unbelievable! What is the purpose of a Microsoft forum if it is completely ignored? Is there a dev team we can get in contact with that administers Snip & Sketch? Cant see this feature being added otherwise :(
