Windows 10 1903 can't manage a printer

I have a few Windows 10 Pro x64 1903 (with 2019-05 or 06 cumulative update) having an issue where when you use the modern Settings app > Devices > Printers & Scanners, when you click on an existing printer, the printer below it does not drop down making space for the the "Open queue" and "Manage" buttons, instead the buttons overlay the lower printer, but won't allow you to click on the buttons, therefore you can't manage the printer.

    I can't believe I didn't think to TAB through to the button... but looking forward to an actual solution vs. just this workaround.

    I just wanted to note in here that it did not affect all my users printers. On the one we updated so far there are two printers which the buttons function normally and the other five function as reported. I have not figured out what makes the two different from the other five but I will post back if I figure it out.

    I have been in contact with an engineer from Microsoft for the last 2 months or so about this. Apparently, a Lead Technical Advisor has yet to actually mark this as an "issue", so it is not allowed to be escalated to the senior engineers in order to be solved....

    Microsoft this is an issue and needs to be resolved. Holding back my 1903 deployment rollout because of this small but major issue.

    My wife has the same problem visible on her computer.

    It is possible to work around the problem using the older Control Panel and get to the printer settings that way.

    Microsoft, we need some attention to this defect please.
