I have a few Windows 10 Pro x64 1903 (with 2019-05 or 06 cumulative update) having an issue where when you use the modern Settings app > Devices > Printers & Scanners, when you click on an existing printer, the printer below it does not drop down making space for the the "Open queue" and "Manage" buttons, instead the buttons overlay the lower printer, but won't allow you to click on the buttons, therefore you can't manage the printer.

2019-07-31T01:23:39+00:00 Windows 10 is actually one of the best builds of Windows and continues to get better. I wouldn't say one settings panel having a bug makes all of the advanced security progress being made on the platform horrible. Something like this would be insanely hard to catch in testing.

2019-07-31T01:24:49+00:00 You can still access the legacy devices and printers snap in from the control panel, which still can be used to accomplish these tasks while we wait for Microsoft to fix the bug.

2019-08-01T14:47:04+00:00 Ditto for me! I was tearing my hair out till I noticed the tab workaround.
Also this update messed with the port and changed it from TCP/IP to print to file. What gives?? Don't they test these updates with ordinary User accounts?
