Windows 10 1903 can't manage a printer

I have a few Windows 10 Pro x64 1903 (with 2019-05 or 06 cumulative update) having an issue where when you use the modern Settings app > Devices > Printers & Scanners, when you click on an existing printer, the printer below it does not drop down making space for the the "Open queue" and "Manage" buttons, instead the buttons overlay the lower printer, but won't allow you to click on the buttons, therefore you can't manage the printer.

Yes, thank you, this did work, but, I agree that the issue is not really resolved...

Totally agree with you. Let's not forget that Microsoft dropped QA so things have gone downhill from here. 1903 definitely has introduced this problem. All of our systems are running 1903 and have these issues. ALL of them.

The following workaround was successful. Change user account from Standard User to Administrator status. Restart computer. The user can now manage the printer but now has Admin status, which may not be desirable.

Here's a quick workaround until this gets fixed,

when clicking on the desired printer, and the two boxes (Open Queue / Manage) show up..

Just press Tab twice to go to manage and then press Enter.

make sure you have disabled "Allow Windows to manage my default printer" option.
