Camera / Webcam not on device manager list - Windows 10

HI there,

I have an HP Envy with Windows 10 and can't seem to get my webcam / camera to work.

It is not listed on the Device Manager list.

Hi Jessica,

Please refer to my previous posts

It will be under "libusb "

The name of it is "hp vision 360"

It is not clear how to turn off web cam? Are you referring to turning off it in an program it uses it or turning of because it is not getting turned off automatically. Please make it a little bit clearer.

what if you go to hidden files and there is no integrated camera because that is an issue i have

Hi,

I have done the first step and I can now see camera on the list, however it is not giving me any options to delete. Only says scan for hardware or properties and neither of those options go any further than showing the camera icon.

I have a hp spectre 360 laptop but my camera is not in device manager. When I follow your instructions and download legacy there is nothing under manufacturer
