HI there,

I have an HP Envy with Windows 10 and can't seem to get my webcam / camera to work.

It is not listed on the Device Manager list.

Thanks for the help.

Morning - sorry for the delay - some business to attend to.

    I'm on Windows 10 - version 1903 - OS Build 18362.356

Sure a Skype discusison would be great if you have time.

I'm free till 10:45 am eastern - then not till the end of the day.

    Thanks again,

Hey, there - sorry I should have mentioned - I did try that - but don't have "Local Users and Groups".

I believe I've been set up as the administrator??

Hi there, how you getting on? Just a quick note, Are you using windows 10? Eitherway Even If where setup as admin, that's different to the in-built account for the system itself. Hence why its disabled as default.

if you want I could give you a call on skype.
