2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode

and then i have to turn it on again

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build

what do i do ?

HELP , PLEASE

SOLUTION

Hey guys

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Have a good day

Yes Work for me when I detached battery from Laptop. So Problem seems due to weakness of battery. By default laptop consuming power from battery even if you have connected ac adaptor. Window 10 internal algorithm assume that percentage of battery storage is less than 5 percentage due to battery weakness or attached battery is already dead.

Solution : Change battery setting as mention above or Detached battery as it is weak and enable to charge more than 5 % or you can replace battery with new one.
