Windows locking into sleep mode

2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) , 

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode 

and then i have to turn it on again 

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build 

what do i do ?

Hey guys

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

    i have temporary fix, if ur using ryzen. download ryzen controller and limit temperature to 70. for me it help so much

    if u guys try ryzen controller and having fps drop, it is fair bcs ryzen controller limit perfomance cpu so that ur pc not overheat and start locking. but in my laptop didnt have fps drop, if u guys have fps drop i i prefer playing with fps drop instead shutdown every 10 or 20 minutes
