2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

I Already double check my battery is full functional and no have any problems, i realize this problem when I UPDATE THE WINDOWS, i dont do anything with my laptop. i always put in charger when i playing games. the day before i update the windows, is completely FINE AT ALL. when i done update this problem shows up. and one more thing, before the update. when power on my laptop its automatically start update BIOS too.
my laptop is HP btw
The bios thing happened with me too and that actually started the problem . maybe its a HP thing not windows .
Can anyone assure that its completely fine to happen and there's nothing wrong with my Laptop . Coz it's a new one like 3-4 months old .
My laptop battery is embedded in the laptop. And my case is exactly the same as Alfianap. I have tried to reinstall windows as well as the games I play but the problem still occurs.

If this was caused by Windows Update(s) the first thing to try is to System Restore to a point before the problem began following this guide: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-system-restore-windows-10

If this was caused by a Version Update then for 10 days you can roll it back in Settings>Update & Security>Recovery and then hide it until it matures using the Hide Updates Tool which is explained more here:

If that doesn't work you can also Go Back in Repair Mode as shown here:
