2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,

randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,

screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode

and then i have to turn it on again

this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build

what do i do ?

HELP , PLEASE

SOLUTION

Hey guys

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies

Basically,

Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery

Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in

I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Have a good day

I have exact problem as original post. So far I have uninstalled the feature update. Waiting to see what happens now.

Which feature was it?  I couldn't even get windows to stay up and running long enough, even in safe mode. I ended up going back to 7.

    Mine was with Win10 Pro.

After a lot of research, I found my computer wasn't compatible for the pro version. I erased it and went with Win10 Home. It solved my problem.

Happy to say that there's been no further occurrence of the issue after I took action of disabling as many Power Options that I could.
