2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Mine is the same flashes up locking then turns off and will not boot up again, it will not even illuminate the power on light just dead I really need help with this one.

My system is not even coming up after shutting down while locking
So i have had the same "locking" screen show up on my laptop the past two days . It is very quick so if u aren't looking u will miss this screen. I will try the power options and see if this is a fix.
