2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Yes. If this was caused by a Version Update then for 10 days you can roll it back in Settings>Update & Security>Recovery and then hide it until it matures using the Hide Updates Tool which is explained more here:

After 10 days you can reinstall the older version using downloads available from Microsoft TechBench here: https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

windows scan says " didn't find any integrity violations"
is there a way to just download a previous build and get rid of this new one (1903) ??
i strongly believe that it's something in this build that's causing the problem because i've never seen this issue before
and it started to happen just after the update
It's a concern because the only way to lock should beto use the Lock button in Sign Out options from your Profile link above the Start button, which essentially puts up the Lock Screen to force signing in again.
Look through Settings > Apps > Apps & Features list to see if there's anything installed for Locking the screen.
Did you run full scan with Download and install Malwarebytes from https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/ ?
Then check System files for damage by running System File Checker from https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow...
