2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

Ok but why did say locking when my Windows 10 note book Hp laptop say it when the battery was charging

On my part I removed the battery and the problem went away. I need to buy a new one now.

It still isnt working. i will be playing Apex Legends when it out of no where just says "Locking" on a blue screen, and then becomes unresponsive until i hold the power button and shut it down. Please help
This happened to me, and my computer won’t turn on when not plugged in and turns off immediately after being unlocked while plugged in. Any idea what to do?
