2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

I was also having the same issue brother, it is due to damage or error in graphics if you have two graphics card try using the other one
exactly its like they don't care about us at all when it's there fault that we have these problems it's so annoying how i haven't been able to use my computer for weeks
Microsoft doesn't care about this problem and us bro. I already send them Feedback for this problem and there so many same problems in their Feedback timeline. But, no one of them tells what really happens to our Laptop and how to fix this problem. Even on this forum, there are 2667 had the same problem with us and almost 100.000 views in this forum it's still they don't give us solutions.
But thank's for you always giving us solutions, I really appreciated it.

If you want to report this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback. They will not even see it here. This is a tech forums staffed mostly by volunteers trying to help others with your problems.
If you want to post back a Share link from your Feedback here others who see this thread can vote it up and add to it.
I do not work for Microsoft but am a user like yourself trying to help others here. But there's only so much I can do, and as you can see we have tried everything under the sun (and moon) to fix a PC Locking like that.

The reason I suggest this is that no one who has adopted the install in the above link has ever come back to report further problems I've seen, including another version failure. This is because everything in Windows 10 is dependent upon the quality of the install, especially Version Updates which will choke on lesser quality installs.
It is also one of life's great learning experiences that will permanently make you the master of your PC because you will learn everything that works best and how to keep it that way.
As long as people are polite and trying to help others here then I will keep the thread open.
