2 days ago i upgraded my windows 10 to build 1903 , since then ,
randomly and during any activity (gaming , watching a video ..etc) ,
screen with the word "locking" in the middle appears for half a second and my laptop goes into sleep mode
and then i have to turn it on again
this never happened before the update , i tried to reset and fresh start but, nothing worked , and now i can't get back to previous build
what do i do ?

So, I solved the issue (for me, at least) a long time ago but forgot to report back. My apologies
Basically,
Settings -> power and sleep -> additional power settings -> change advanced power settings -> battery
Then, change critical battery action and low battery action to do nothing both on battery and plugged in
I don't know if others already solved the problem In a different way, but i Hope that helps

It seems to happen when a graphically intensive programme is being run. So it could be an overheat issue. But, then why when leaving the laptop lid open (and then just projecting to Screen 2 alone) does it not happen?
This did not solve the problem. It seems to happen when a graphically intensive programme is being run. Another post saw it was an overheating error. I wonder if that is what is happening with my laptop. However, when you leave the lid open, it does not have the issues.

Did you try the marked Answer in this thread? Please try that now and report back results. Also my first post in this thread covers the most likely suspects for suspend issues.
My problem was solved almost right away when I plugged my laptop into a different outlet. That doesn't make sense to me but that is what happened. Everything was back to normal. It originally was plugged into a London Hydro power bar that is programmable and that I have had issues with. I switched to a regular wall outlet and the problem went away. I hope this helps.
