Official Android support for microsoft lumia 950xl

I'm die heart fan of windows phone specially 950xl device, but unfortunately Microsoft has decided to stop support this platform.

As Microsoft is going to drop support for window 10 mobile as off December 10, 2019, lots of applications will also drop a support for same specially whatsapp. So I recommend that Microsoft should officially release Android rom for lumia devices (mine is 950xl) so that at least windows users can migrate to android easily without  purchasing new android device ("Reusing hardware").

Or is there any way to install android (may be unofficial support) on lumia 950xl so that I can migrate from windows to android after December 10, 2019.

    Google will soon take over Microsoft.

    I still keep my Lumia.

    Have had 4 windows phone, actually, satrung with the failed 6.5 version. Best os for mobile was 8. One thing they never could do was print, because Microsoft couldnt get ling time partners such as HP create an app

    My 8 through 10 versions of WP have always been able to print, just have to have a Brother printer.

    Print 4x6 pics from the phone along with documents.

    If MS don't want to reconsider ending their support they should release the open source windows phone OS to enabling developers start building the bridge between windows and Android.

    That was already done back in 2015 under the name Windows Bridge for Android (project “Astoria”). It was killed less than a year later basically because no one was interested, although the official wording was a lot more diplomatic. More details here:

    It is really encouraging to know that Lumia fans are still optimistic although MS are not paying any attention to all reviews in this regard, not even a courtesy response .     Me too will not abandon my Lumia 950XL. I just need reuse all or most of apps which stopped working. Hope someone from Microsoft will listen and be able to act
