Official Android support for microsoft lumia 950xl

I'm die heart fan of windows phone specially 950xl device, but unfortunately Microsoft has decided to stop support this platform.

As Microsoft is going to drop support for window 10 mobile as off December 10, 2019, lots of applications will also drop a support for same specially whatsapp. So I recommend that Microsoft should officially release Android rom for lumia devices (mine is 950xl) so that at least windows users can migrate to android easily without  purchasing new android device ("Reusing hardware").

Or is there any way to install android (may be unofficial support) on lumia 950xl so that I can migrate from windows to android after December 10, 2019.

    Hi all,

    found Android build 6 months ago and worked but camera and sound no joy.  So waiting for a new build from someone in the know soon !

    Irony for me is, after support for Product withdrawn like this, I will never buy another Microsoft device.  Also discovered that Whatsapp back-ups can be moved to Android but then need a conversion utility run on them, so Android version can utilise !

    Hello 

    I too love my Lumia 950XL and hate the idea of putting it to sleep. Unlike MS I will not abandon my Lumia. 

    Win10 on Arm may work but dealing with the small icons will make it difficult to enjoying the device high features. 

    Has anyone succeeded to deploy Android or Ubuntu-touch or any other OS onto the Lumia 950XL?

    What rendering? That was not a rendering! That was the device. They don't play with the Surface line.
