Photos app freezes upon import / photo importing problems
Hello, I was trying to import photos from my iPhone via charging cable and upon import the photo app freezes. I reset my phone and tried again and it worked for the first import but another problem is that I can only upload 3-4 videos at a time before the photos app says something went wrong and I have to start the whole process all over again. Because of this, when I go to import again it just freezes once it hits my total photo and video count. This problem has been persistent ever since I started uploading photos and videos this past year or two and it really hinders my progress. Thanks for any help.

2020-06-03T19:22:47+00:00 That's exactly where I right click - on the icon representing the camera I have just plugged in.
Depending on how I set a parameter on the camera itself, File Explorer either displays it as a camera or as an external file store. If I select the parameter value so it shows it as a file store I don't get the "import" option, but I can left click until I get to the individual files (which I can then manually transfer). If I select the parameter so it shows as a camera I do get the "import" option, but when I use it File Explorer searches for ages and then finally declares it can't find any photos or videos. Either way the workaround you describe does not work for me.

2020-06-03T18:19:48+00:00 Except I don't see that. That option is not listed when I right click on the icon for my camera. Please don't assume that a workaround that works for you will work for everyone.
Hello BBPixel42
probably, you do not "right click" at the good place:
If you do not get**"Import Pictures and Videos"****, this is an other bug!**
