I'm currently running 1803 and every single time I am trying to upgrade to 1903 I got a BSOD with a PFN List Corrupt.
The other day I change MSConfig and select selective startup to disable other services/programs to load and after rebooting my PC couldn't even find Windows booting to a Boot Manager where only Windows 7 was an option (??????) (My original OS was Win7 but I upgrade to Win10 through Microsoft Upgrade Program) but no trail of Win7 neither. I used a third-party boot utility that fix the boot and I'm again in Win10 that keeps reminding me that I have an old version, that I would not get more updates and I have to upgrade... but the damn update keeps failing after download, reboot, install and after the 2 or 3 reboot in the installation process I got the ERROR.
I need like 2 restarts to see see the message saying is putting all back to previous state and then boot again and still ion ver 1803.
Please advice. I have tried all those canned solutions people post on forums with no difference.

Have you gotten any more dump files?
If you have a secondary video, you might switch to that and remove the other card.. If you don't have onboard video then an option might be an inexpensive card just to test with..
Windows update just forced a new Nvidia driver on my system today.
They released the 1909 build update on Tuesday but it looks like a normal update. You may want to stop those until you get the problems ironed out.

It looks like that driver version is the latest. We must remember the error is a Memory error and the video driver is just using it. But if you get corrupted system files on a new install, there is a problem and running the memory check, I suppose is something you can do. The short version may not show anything but using the longer version, might.
If you get any BSODs supply those also since different causes can be involved.
If you had another video card laying around, you might try swapping them out to prove memory is the problem.
If you decide to reseat your memory, make sure the power is off and the switch on the power supply is turned off. Touch the case in a safe location to ground yourself before you handle the memory.
You report the messages by using the 3 dots on the bottom of those messages. These things are all over the forum using different fake names.
Well, the new update is coming down so I will probably have the newer build 1909 in a fairly short time.
That's the first thing I was going to ask you. How do you report those asshats that keep posting empty replies?
I wasw wondering if the video driver was the culprit of the failing upgrade. I noticed every single time the upgrade was running all letter were nice, then after one of the reboots and installation continue then the look of the letters and the #% completed didn't look that good.
My current video card is an ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX570-O4G with the latest drivers.
Do you know the exact model of your video adapter? There have been, in the past, problems with certain AMD devices. I am not that familiar with those drivers but I will look and see what I can find based on your current driver version.
Is there also some sort of suite with runs with those drivers?
