Mp3 rocket says website mp3rocket.me Ip address has changed. I get 404 forbidden website error. Itried reinstalling with anti virus turned off still it says website does not exist and my file is corrupted. I fully scanned my pc and found no errors.

I am sharing what other discussion sites are saying about why mp3 rocket is no longer working. It has to do with goggle changing YouTube which broke the downloader. most recently i was able to download a live performances but no actual music. I don't know if this means they are getting close to fixing it or just that live videos and performances can be downloaded by youtube. I will keep checking and i hope everyone else does as well and keep us informed on your findings.

What other discussion sites, Robin ? That is interesting, but still no comment from Rocket, & this explanation would NOT explain the disappearance of the Rocket sites online, OR why they would not post an explanation... Also, I am no expert, but the YouTube explanation makes no sense @ all to me... I think this is not correct... We shall see... TY for posting. STAY involved :)
I think they work on a new version, cos present one they had for a few years now and was outdated and had sometimes compatibility issues. If they don't, it will be sad to see them go.
Hi Jimmy. I do not think they disappeared due to the need for a new version. Very unlikely (& mine updated several months ago). There were NEVER any compatibility issues on PRO (maybe on the free site)... SURE WOULD BE SAD IF THEY DID NOT COME BACK!!! I am sure they will... Nothing else like it, & given all the THOUSANDS of files they have, including very rare files, I am confident someone will bring Rocket back... HOPE we do not have to wait too long. KEEP in TOUCH !!! :)
This is not the only discussion on the internet about the loss of mp3. I was simply sharing what other people are saying. Im no expert just sharing. I will not do it again. Obviously no one knows what happened.
