You are the best. Thanks man. THANKS. Creative sound blaster audigy zs 2 now working!!!
update 1903 sound problem
I have just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound. I have a Creative Audigy2 ZS Pro, yes, I know it's old, but it was working perfectly on build 1809.
After this 1903 update, no sound, so I went back to 1809, and hey presto, I got my sound back. I then tried the very latest 1903 build, but lost the sound again. Have MS got an answer? I will have to go back to 1809 if I want to hear anything, but can wait a day or so if anyone at MS can give me a solution.

2019-07-17T13:22:14+00:00 I have found a solution.
Just download the offical Audigy RX driver from Creative website.
Extract it with Winrar or other tool. Manually install the driver from the folder Audio -> DriversWin10 -> wdm -> browse wdm_emu.inf file.
If installed succesfully, then just restart the PC.
Step 2.
Download the Audigy Support Pack from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4veZnyFbxW4VjdhUVMzOG1yVFE/view, or from the website: http://danielkawakami.blogspot.com/2017/01/sb-audigy-series-support-pack-62.html
Extract it. Then run Setup. Choose Custom install. Uncheck the Driver. Install all other App. Restart PC, and Audigy 2 ZS is working.
All apps working. Speaker Settings, EAX Console, Audio Console
Thank you.
I've uninstalled driver installed and using autoruns i've removed entries in drivers and services related to creative.
I've dowmloaded the .exe (SBA5_PCDRV_L11_3_01_0056B.exe) in one directory. Went to audio\driverswin10\wdm\
And right click on wdma_emu.inf , select install.
Reboot windows,
now I've sound working on my Windows 10 version 1903.

Dear,
Can you explain the bold sentence more? I mean I just uninstalled the driver but what do you mean by using the autoruns to remove all creative drivers entries and services?
I'm trying to do the trick to help my RX 7.1 works on 1903, sadly everytime I try installing the newer driver the computer just hang completely and I have to force reset/shutdown.

...and adjacent reddits.
They decided to host their personal support there and I found new beta drivers for my ZxR that solved most of my hassle.

2019-08-11T21:22:05+00:00 you could try the latest drivers from the creative website and the audio troubleshooter before rolling back to 1809
settings -> update & security -> troubleshoot playing audio
looking through the feedback, it seems nobody else has mentioned that card, but then most don't mention the sound card they are using, although I believe it is reported in the telemetry.
I have been unable to confirm that the problem affects other creative cards but it is possible.
I am using a VIA chipset like 22 something or 21 something with the very same problems. What is needed is a mixer program to go into windows which most probably can vector the sound data anywhere one may want it to be. Such a mixer program should be written by Microsoft and included within the operating system.
