update 1903 sound problem

I have just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound. I have a Creative Audigy2 ZS Pro, yes, I know it's old, but it was working perfectly on build 1809.

After this 1903 update, no sound, so I went back to 1809, and hey presto, I got my sound back. I then tried the very latest 1903 build, but lost the sound again. Have MS got an answer? I will have to go back to 1809 if I want to hear anything, but can wait a day or so if anyone at MS can give me a solution.

Would something like this also work with the old PCI X-Fi cards?

My sound card is X-Fi Xtreme Music PCI.

I also have the same problem that no sound comes out after updating 1809 to 1903 today. Of course it worked perfectly on 1809.

I tried following the Bryan86_HU's guide, but DON'T WORK. :(  I tested with the official Audigy RX and the latest X-Fi Xtreme Music official driver, both failed.

Windows update even don't provide any driver available. Microsoft must fix this serious bug ASAP. It looks like I have to go back to 1809 for now.

Is not work on newest Windows 10 build 1903. Both drivers (step 1&2) was installed manually, but no sound anyway... I think Creative drivers incorrect on EMU10K saund cards... I have Audigy 4, in device manager is look as good, but no sound in output.
