update 1903 sound problem
I have just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound. I have a Creative Audigy2 ZS Pro, yes, I know it's old, but it was working perfectly on build 1809.
After this 1903 update, no sound, so I went back to 1809, and hey presto, I got my sound back. I then tried the very latest 1903 build, but lost the sound again. Have MS got an answer? I will have to go back to 1809 if I want to hear anything, but can wait a day or so if anyone at MS can give me a solution.

2019-06-11T21:15:22+00:00 I just had the same no sound problem after the 1903 update. I tried many things and nothing worked. I went to the Creative website and downloaded the software for my card and restarted the computer. This fixed the problem.
Hi, what soundcard do you have from Creative?

2019-06-11T20:47:56+00:00 It's a 10 year old Creative X- fi platinum. The computer said it had the latest update. Then I went to The Creative Website, found the software for this card, downloaded it, installed it and then restarted the computer. On their website the date on the software package is March 2019. It works fine now. Good luck!

2019-06-11T20:20:55+00:00 Its the built in realtek on my asus prime z270-a. I tried reinstalling the software I had, downloading it from the ASUS website, as well as downloading it from the realtek website. At this point I'm probably going to buy a soundblaster ro Amazon. I have plenty of PCIE slots and this way I can just avoid the problems with the integrated sound card.
