Hi Mabolghar

My name is Andre Da Costa; an Independent Consultant, Windows Insider MVP and Windows & Devices for IT MVP. I'm here to help you with your problem.

You can try downloading it from another website.

http://windowsiso.net/windows-7-iso/windows-7-d...

The site is safe because it is downloading still from Microsoft servers.

Note: This is a non-Microsoft website. The page appears to be providing accurate, safe information. Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Hello,

Please be more explicit.

Are you trying to install W7 or W10 ?

If W7, Apply this

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/267406...

If W10,

Create a Windows 10 installation USB drive following this article written by Andre Da Costa

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Then install Windows 10 following this article

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402652...
