I have tried to set up several phones but none of them will let me sign in to my Microsoft account. It just tells me "we Can't connect right now. Please wait a few moments and try again.

microsoft please help us
For how long it will take them to repair it because we are tired of using Windows phone without WhatsApp because we have to add acount before we can download apps.
