Windows phone can't connect

I have tried to set up several phones but none of them will let me sign in to my Microsoft account. It just tells me "we Can't connect right now. Please wait a few moments and try again.

    Well I'm also a victim of windows phone lumia 1072-RM.

    I reset the phone factory yesterday that's 06/Jan/2020.

    I have sign in one account using the Google account but when I try to sign in the Microsoft account, it appears "can't connect". "We are having trouble connecting to the store right now. Try again in a little while".

    If the MS account cannot open then there is no way one can be able to use the store to install Whatsapp 

    Messenger on to the phone. Please I bought mine and it worth a cost, so I can't spend another money on phone again. It hurts to buy phone while my current phone is still working. I beg MS to work towards the situation.

    2 ways.

    1st, official:

    2nd, unofficial:

    1st one didn't work for 1 phone for me so i used the second method. Seems scary but just follow the video and download the files from the forum link in the video description. 

    Also the first method might not take u to the newest version. 2nd does. The uploader typically replies so u can ask a question on the YouTube comments. 

    Both methods require a cable connection to PC.

    I think I have said all I can about this problem. I unable to advise where I am given next to no detail about what people have tried. I am afraid that Microsoft has withdrawn support for Windows phones and I am now in the same position myself and am withdrawing my subscription to this post.
