I have tried to set up several phones but none of them will let me sign in to my Microsoft account. It just tells me "we Can't connect right now. Please wait a few moments and try again.

I’m having the same issues on my HTC One M8. I cannot connect to any of my accounts on it. I tried to reset it and the wdrt tool does not work for me, it can’t detect my device in HTC boot loader mode. I tried the ie proxy settings, and signing in from ie does not work either! Someone please help me.. :( I just bought this phone only to realize that it’s a brick the happens to have a web browser. It’s my first windows phone, too. It’s on WP 8.1 btw.

    Someone, please help. 😢
