I have tried to set up several phones but none of them will let me sign in to my Microsoft account. It just tells me "we Can't connect right now. Please wait a few moments and try again.

One hour ago I signed in to MS account, after two or three "try again later" messages. Now, the next challange: the c101a006 error. I cannot update or install any app. The Store remain closed, in fact. What a mess!

I also tried again to sign in with my MS accoutn and it worked, at the rfirst glance I was relieved, but then when I wanted to update the apps....same error.

I hope it's just a temporary problem and it will be fixed until 15 december.

I think, Vax, from your earlier post, that you are using Windows 8.1 and support for this has now ceased. This is why you can't get to the app. store. Have a look at Eyüp's posts; he seems to be having some success.

yeah if i know Vax's model number i can send him/her the link if i find a solution

Yes,  I am using Win 8.1 Update 2 (8.10.15148.160) on Lumia 640 LTE. But the Store is supposed to work until December 15.

If we talk about an upgrade to Win 10, that can be made anytime via OTC method. However, for me Win 10 is not a solution, sorry.

That is interesting, Eyüp. I presume you can surf the web and use it as . . . well a phone!?
