Windows phone can't connect

I have tried to set up several phones but none of them will let me sign in to my Microsoft account. It just tells me "we Can't connect right now. Please wait a few moments and try again.

    Im having the same problem with my nokia lumia 1020 with windows 8.1

    Ive tried the date and time thing

    Factory reset

    Wdrt

    Everything man! 

    Proxy connections region changes all of em! 

    Nothing's working at all. 

    How long would i have to wait to make the phone funtional?

    also me the same about this issue with my lumia phone 925 830 1020 2 weeks right now with this one and still can't do nothing at all with my phone at all from windows store and also addind the microsoft account even for upgrading...

    does anyone knows for good if that problem is first time is happening or is take place again in the past also and how much time does takes to solved from microsoft department?

    i get suprised that no ones from microsoft didn't reply and said anything about this huge problem that efected thousand of users around the globe with their software on lumia phones.

    Nothing you do with your phone will make any difference, the problem is on Microsoft's side, they need to fix it. The only thing you can do is wait.
