Cloudfront

I can't access Nextdoor to read postings.  Message reads "The request could not be satisfied.  Generated by Cloudfront."  Sometimes there is an 494 error message.  Any ideas how to get rid of this?

Edge will be updatedsoon to a Chromium version this month from what I've read.  You can get the beta.

Cookie, schnookie.  Believe I may have mentioned this before, but instead of attempting a more complicated fix I switched to IE for accessing NextDoor some months ago.  Since then I have not had one bit of hassle with NextDoor in IE.

What did you do? I have had the "494 error" since May 2019. I have tried many things but nothing works.

If you would like you can reply to my email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    Thanks,

    Richard

I selectively removed all cookies related to the website I could not access, which in this case was Nextdoor.com.  Not all cookies, just the ones related to that site.  It worked like a charm.  I use Firefox, so I  opened Firefox preferences, clicked on "Privacy and Security," clicked on "Manage Data", searched for "nextdoor," and Nextdoor showed up with "X" number of cookies.  I highlighted "Nextdoor", then clicked "Remove Selected."  Whatever cookies were there that caused the problem were deleted.  I had to manually log back into Nextdoor, but after that, it was a fresh start.

Wished I'd tried that earlier! Good luck.
