When I try to access the Microsoft Store I get Error Code: 0x80131500 CV: 0H5MOZaq8Uye8k8W
I've tried wsreset.exe- no success
I've tried https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027498/microsoft-store-fix-problems-with-apps - no success
I've tried to reset my region, language, and speech - no success
I've deleted the contents of the download directory and the datastore directory in c:\windows\softwaredistribution - no success
Ideas?

Before you go through all of the Ultra-Geeky hassle (and possibly dangerous) methods above, try checking your Internet Security settings as outlined below:
Possible Fix:
Search for "Internet Options"
Open the App
Select the "Advanced" Tab
Scroll to the Bottom of the List where you can see "Use SSL/TLS"
UN-Select SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 and 1.1
SELECT TLS 1.2 and (If Available) TLS 1.3
Click "Apply"
Click "OK"
Reboot Computer
YMMV

Which Fix ?? there are 3 different fixes suggested in here, as well as 7 in just one of the replys
I had the problem trying to open the store and getting an error and refresh page button. First, I tried the initial 1-7 steps one at a time (somewhere in the middle of that the error changed to something else (I can't be 100% sure what it was, but I think it was 0x00001f4) but then after the next solutions were attempted reverted back to the original error code. I then proceeded to read every post in the first 13 pages and try 99.9% of all the solutions suggested, and now the store loads, but I still can't download the new game I want to install from it (new error code is 0x80070006). As this is a different problem than what this thread was created for, I doubt the remaining unread pages of replies will have a fix for it, so I will resume my troubleshooting at a later time.
It is working finally!!! and after gone through the 19 pages long geeky instruction, no one would have difficulties to be confused. Just wondering why MS made this hard? Why don't make it easier? the Microsoft Store is the portal for the sales and the development of the software but seems MS doesn't care, maybe MS is too rich? Blocking its lucrative gateway for general users and the problem has been here for 2 years and lots of posts but no official solution from MS.... WELL DONE MS.
