Can't repair windows

I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......

I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .

I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .

Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

    Hi,

    What type of external drive is this ? A USB 2.0 HDD, USB 3.0 HDD, Flash Drive maybe ?...

    I've never experienced that problem before... It may be that your computer is acting too slowly to load the drive, so the installation\repair misses it...

    Instead of launching the command prompt when you boot, select "Restart"...

    This way the drive will already be running and up to speed, and may have a better chance of being recognized...

    Some external drives have a power saving feature that may not activate the drive in time to be detected... I have a Seagate like that, but it seems to work..

    I have Sony Hd SL1 HDD and it has USB 3.0 micro-b connector . I plugged my SanDisk pendrive too but it also not installed . I don't know why this problem occurs I run my computer whole night but the disk doesn't appear .

    Hi,

    The only thing I can suggest is to wait to plug them in until you get to the Install screen and see if that helps...

    There is a bootable LINUX based program that can do this as well, but is a bit more complicated...

    At this point I don't know if there is a problem with your computer's Bios not properly recognizing the drives, or if it is Windows 7...

    The name of the LINUX program is called Parted Magic, and you can download a free version here..

    This is a ISO image that can be burned to a CD with a Image Burning Utility, or to a Flash Drive with a free tool called RUFUS... https://rufus.ie/

    I will create one with RUFUS, then post a screenshot of the needed settings...

    Hi,

    Here is a picture of what RUFUS should look like after you click on Start...

    This is the first thing you will see booting with Parted Magic... Just hit Enter, or allow it to load automatically...

    This is Parted Magic main screen... You will see "File Manager" on the upper left corner...

    This is "File Manager"... You will notice the drives have different identification names, but the actual name of the original partition is there...

    Click on the drive\partition you want to view... The contents will be displayed on the right...

    Select "Copy" as normal... Then click on the destination drive\folder on the left if different...

    Select "Paste" as normal on the desired location...

    I have highlighted the Parted Magic Flash Drive as an example...
