I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......
I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .
I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .
Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

Is there anything you can help to fix the hard disk . I think may be there is a chance to fix this hard disk by plugging it in an other computer because its not damaged physically . If there is a chance to fix the bad sectors of the hard disk then please help me .

It may be easier to recover the drive using a different computer, or re-installing windows on a new HDD, then using it to try to recover....
The problem is that the drive needs to be readable to recover anything... If the Partition Structure\File Structure is damaged, the disk will not be readable... Even if it is readable, the actual DATA may be damaged..
The fact that Parted Magic can not access\read the disk is not a good sign...
It is possible that if you make multiple attempts with CHKDSK, you might have some luck...
I has a bit of a similar problem a few years ago, and CHKDSK eventually somehow resolved the problem...
Your's is your boot disk though, mine was not... That makes things much more difficult...
There is a program called "RECUVA" that can sometimes recover files, but what it works best for is recovering deleted files and partition that are intact... Your's may not be... Some maybe...
I tried the chkdsk twice before and when you told me again to do that again I tried to do but my pc was not booting it took too much time , even i run my computer whole night to complete the process of preparing automatic repair... loading files... but it didn't complete its running very slow . Can i check the disk by installing it on another computer and then by going to properties>tools>chech now

You could try hooking it up to another computer as external USB connection... After the other computer is booted...
You could try hooking it up with a SATA connection as well... After the other computer is booted...
The problem with hooking it up to another computer is that Windows is installed on it, and if you boot the other computer with it hooked up, it could cause problems with the other computer...
The problem is the HDD... not the computer, so simply installing it in another computer all in itself will accomplish nothing... It still won't boot, and etc...
It may also cause the other computer to freeze attempting to read the drive... Just like it did with your repair media...
Here I got something by doing this thing , it's saying unallocated .
What does it mean? Can I fix this?
