Hi,
It sounds like the drive is junk... Is it still a "Unknown" device ?
You might try deleting the partition and trying again, or try the Parted Magic to Initialize and Format it...
Can't repair windows

I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......
I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .
I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .
Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

2019-04-12T11:02:13+00:00 I initialize my disk and then it becomes primary and then it's getting formatting, I thought that it fixed but the formatting process failed , it said the format was not completed . And it was a RAW drive not NTFS , how can I convert it from RAW to NTFS.what should I do now?

When I went to properties of the hard drive in disk management then it says the drive work properly and says not initialize . Why would a hard drive get damaged , Is there no way to fix that hard disk , obviously it's a hard disk error that's why after replacing the hard drive your problem get fixed but I am trying to fix the hard disk .

nah, Ghritak should plan to replace the failing HDD with a new one soon and not bother attempting to do a "format" on the failing hard drive
I've had something like this happen on my relative's Dell Inspiron 580 desktop PC running Win7 many months ago where it couldn't boot up and the problem turned out to be a failing hard drive (a Samsung brand 1Tb HDD), which started to make strange clicking/banging noises when powering on the computer. I replaced that HDD with a Seagate 1Tb hard drive and restored most of my relative's personal files from a backup.
