Can't repair windows

I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......

I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .

I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .

Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

    Hi,

    I can see no any other way at this point... Everything you have recently tried mentions a HDD failure... At the very least, the HDD is corrupted enough that it is being determined as not usable...

    The only way to save any data would be to replace it and then try to recover your stuff afterwards...

    You could try recovering the data by hooking it up to another computer, if available, and copying the files, but if Parted Magic can not access it, I don't think there is a good chance of being successful...

    Let me know what you decide... I will help as much as I can...

    Hi,

    At this point, I think you are going to need to replace your hard drive...

    Once you reinstall Windows on the new drive, you can then attempt to recover the files on your old one...

    BTW... I see that SSD drives are getting quite cheap these days...

    I clicked on the disk health in parted magic and I got this warning

    I tried to go to command prompt to chech disk health in recovery option but it's not opening , it's freezing in this situation 

    It's freezing in loading files . I am not being able to open command prompt , This problem caused newly , before it was okay but now this new problem arises.
