Can't repair windows

I have tried so many ways to repair my computer but still non of them are working . My PC is saying "Windows failed to start . A recent hardware or software change might be the cause . To fix the problem ......

I tried via automatic repair , it couldn't fix my problem after that I tried with system restore to the earlier point , but iit' showing no restore point detected .

I even tried by booting from usb usb flash drive and after that it sayings "Windows file is loading" and then windows 7 logo appeared and then it stucks , A black screen appears and now i am in trouble .

Please help me to get rid of this trouble.

    I did it and nothing happen.

      When I started the automatic repair tool it's showing that A hard disk problem is preventing windows from starting .

    Hi,

    It may be that your hard drive is failing, but it might be that Windows 7 is simply too damaged...

    Your hard drive was working well enough to show your partitions when using Notepad, so they may be savable... At least some of them..

    Parted Magic is a LINUX based Operating System that runs out of the computers memory...

    It does not actually install onto your computer...

    Because it is not based upon Windows, most of the restrictions Windows places on things do not apply...

    This particular version of the Operating System is primarily for various repairs to the system...

    You will not see the File Manager I mentioned until you burn the Parted Magic to a CD or Flash Drive, and boot your computer with it...

    Hi,

    Go into your Command Prompt and enter dir c:   dir d: and etc. and look for a 100-300MB FAT32 partition that may be named "EFI"... Then take  picture if you can find it..

    Hi,

    Is your USB Flash Drive Windows 7 installation media ?

    Did you ever get past the last screen... sometimes it takes awhile...

    You are probably going to need to do a boot repair with Installation Media...

    Boot Repair...

    1. Boot with the Windows Installation Media...
    2. Click "Repair your computer" on the lower left of the "Install" screen....
    3. Click the "Troubleshoot" or "Advanced" depending upon which appears... 
    4. Select "Command Prompt".    (Capital letters not necessary)
    5. Type BOOTREC /FIXMBR, and then press ENTER.
    6. Type BOOTREC /FIXBOOT, and then press ENTER.
    7. Type BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD, and then press ENTER.

    NOTE... If you have multiple HDDs\SSDs, it would be best to unhook all except fro the OS drive..

    If available, you might select "Startup Repair" before attempting the BOOTREC commands...
