2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4489899) -Error 0x8007371c

2019-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4486553) -Error 0x800703f1

These two automatic updates failed.  Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Try to Execute the command in an admin command prompt, not in powershell

    Delete the qmgr*.dat files. To do this, at a command prompt, type the following command, and then press Enter:

    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"

    admin Command prompt

    type command in search area > Right clic > Run as admin

    I have already tried this.  Got stuck at:

    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"

    Isn't this command outdated?

    I mean do you have new error codes ?

    Please explain what happens. so that I can help you.

    If I am not mistaken they are the same codes.  You can check yourself.
