Repair w10 via reinstall with no loss

Uninstall temporary but completely any third antivirus.

Clean your drive using cleanmgr comman in admin mode.

Uninstall your wifi card driver via device manager.

Update your graphics card driver via device manager.

Install Windows 10 version 1809 by downloading it from this page

I carried out cleaning, updated wi fi and graphics card, but still cannot install those two updates.

Are you sure they are compatible with my setup?

Proceed this way

Open Start.

Search for Command Prompt, right-click the result, and select Run as administrator.

Type the following command to stop the Windows Update Service and press Enter:

net stop wuauserv

Type the following command to stop the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and press Enter:

net stop bits

Use the Windows key + R keyboard shortcut to open the Run command.

Open File Explorer and browse the following path:

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

Select all its content and click the Delete button to clear the content.

Don't worry if some files remain

On Command Prompt, type the following command to start the Windows Update Service and press Enter:

net start wuauserv

Type the following command to start the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and press Enter:

net start bits

I did all these and the result is the same:

You cannot expect a different result if you keep doing the same over and over again, can you?

Try to Execute the command in an admin command prompt, not in powershell

Delete the qmgr*.dat files. To do this, at a command prompt, type the following command, and then press Enter:

Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
