Failed automatic update - KB4489899 and KB4486553

I get the same issue also, when updating kb4489899. I tried a lot of steps to try to install kb4489899 and i got nothing.   Is there another way to update without having to re-install windows 10 ?

2019-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4489899) -Error 0x8007371c

2019-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64 (KB4486553) -Error 0x800703f1

These two automatic updates failed.  Any ideas?

The solution is to re-install Windows from a USB after booting Windows and doing an upgrade with updates included.

This keeps your files, as well as installed software.

Try to reset it with an installation media.

Create a Windows 10 installation media on a USB flash drive (8 Go min) from this website after careful reading of the instructions on it.

Then connect the W10 installation USB flash drive to your PC, next start your PC and immediately press the required key (see note (1) at the end of the message) to access the boot menu and select the USB flash drive to boot on it.

Connect the installation media you created to your nonfunctional PC, and then turn it on.

On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select Next.

Select Repair your computer.

On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot.

Select Reset this PC to reinstall Windows 10.

Select the option Remove everything.

(1) The access key to the boot menu depends on the manufesturer and model of your PC, look at the list below
