Why is Microsoft providing wrong codebase updates for an Intel based cpu machine running Microsoft Windows Professional 10 and acting like a virus?

Microsoft Windows Professional 10 was using a 64 bit intel chip was downloading only AMD64 updates. I am still receiving these in reference to 1809 update and have to reboot into safe mode and remove the contents of the directory every time the delay ticker is met to stop a 16 hour update cycle with a 52% install and the a forced return to the previous version as the update is trying to apply AMD code to my windows installation on an Intel 64bit processor. Does anyone have a hack on this ticker to reset it at startup to zero so the delay stays in force?

    Max2thous10 is the kid here haha. He does not know that every intel processor runs on AMD's own 64bit architecture. They just kind of "took" it into their processors. This guy insists it is a different code, but not.

    Last night I spoke to Microsoft in America. I was informed by

    John Carlo H John Carlo H,  Microsoft Answer Tech

    "Thank you for letting me know the details of your concern. with regards to why Microsoft is acting like this, is because our Software Engineers are contacting all the manufacturers on the world for them to provide us the latest and updated driver for the Make and Mode of the Device before they Deploy the Updates. however, some of the manufacture like this Intel didn't provide our software Engineers the latest and update version for them to include that on the Updates., and that is the reason why some of the Drivers are not compatible with some Make and model of the PC after deploing the Updates.

    This does not explain why Microsoft is Deploying the wrong CODEBASE to Professional Microsoft 10 Windows platforms. Surely if you dont have the correct code you dont provide it.
