Why is Microsoft providing wrong codebase updates for an Intel based cpu machine running Microsoft Windows Professional 10 and acting like a virus?

Microsoft Windows Professional 10 was using a 64 bit intel chip was downloading only AMD64 updates. I am still receiving these in reference to 1809 update and have to reboot into safe mode and remove the contents of the directory every time the delay ticker is met to stop a 16 hour update cycle with a 52% install and the a forced return to the previous version as the update is trying to apply AMD code to my windows installation on an Intel 64bit processor. Does anyone have a hack on this ticker to reset it at startup to zero so the delay stays in force?

I telephoned Microsoft on number above +443448002400  for 11:38 mins  at 11:38am with regard to this matter which they seem to have given the reference SRX1469171513ID as I had not received a post on this forum to state that Microsoft was aware of this matter from my telephone call yesterday . This technician passed my call to a service manager who stated he understood that I was talking to him about a serious error but could not help without creating yet another service request under the telephone log.

Even when I explained that there was more than twenty service calls with the chat service  since January 2019.

I am feeling inclined to post this recording of this telephone call as I do not think this manager was helpful at all. If Microsoft responds stating its is aware of this serious error with there Microsoft Update Server platform and state it is looking into the problems that the users are having disabling this service. Then this will not be posted.

    Kind Regards

    Martin Newbold

I tried to talk to them today eventual spoke to John , Louise D an Microsoft Tech Answer.

I again explained that this was a serious error wth the Micorsoft Update Server sending out wrong code base updates. I explained that each processor library would require a differant compiled version of the code  . He then asked me to do a remote session on a duifferant machine ! GO figure and now suggested an email will solve it.

I have been given a telehone number
