Just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound,I know it's old soundcard, but it was working perfectly on build 1809/1803/1709/1703/1607..

This worked for my Creative Audigy 2 ZS and Windows 10 1903 update:
Download "Audigy RX Driver" from Creative
Extract all files
Go to the folder "Audio\DriversWin10\wdm"
Right-click "wdma_emu.inf" and select "install"
Restart and enjoy!

Yeah i have the front drive bay module.. but doesn't work for me. I don't know if i'm using the correct version of the creative driver. What driver version did you install?
I followed the advice in this thread about using the Audigy Fx or Rx driver to get the Audigy 2ZS to work.
The Control Panel, the driver shows version 6.0.301.56 with date 8/14/2018.

Unfortunately none of the tricks mentioned here worked for my Audigy 1 Digital Entertainment Sound card. Used to work fine with Daniel K's 6.2 Pack. Everything installs fine, tests fine, just the sound does not come out from the ports :(
