Just updated to 1903, and have lost all sound,I know it's old soundcard, but it was working perfectly on build 1809/1803/1709/1703/1607..

This worked for my Creative Audigy 2 ZS and Windows 10 1903 update:
Download "Audigy RX Driver" from Creative
Extract all files
Go to the folder "Audio\DriversWin10\wdm"
Right-click "wdma_emu.inf" and select "install"
Restart and enjoy!

you can try these first. uninstall K daniel drivers, and then instal fresh drivers

My 2ZS has the module that is installed in the front drive bay of my tower case, and I just checked the headphone out port and it work, also the Toslink output (laser) works.
