KB4474419 will not install

My system does not have a system reserved partition, so I executed "fsutil usn deletejournal /N /D C:" on my Windows partition, then I tried to perform the update using the .msu archive, but it still failed.

you would need to assign a letter to it first, because it is hidden by default in any Windows OS. You should be able to use windows mmc console with disk management tool to do this. Once letter is assigned you will see just as another drive:

Okay, so how do I check the size of the system reserved partition and increase it if need be ?

I don't have a system reserved partition on my computer because I partitioned the hard disk before installing Windows 7 and I installed Windows on its own single partition. I suppose Windows has access to its own partition (u_u) and I know that there is plenty of space available on the Windows partition.

Finally was able to fix the problem. 

There was a log file build up on the system reserved partition, this particular update requires access to it. Make sure you have free space on the system reserved partition (it is typically only 100 mb in size)
