So that was some of the best steps that you can perform easily to set up a VPN on windows. If this still doesn’t fix your problem then try asking a network expert or your VPN provider’s support team.
Uh, have you actually read any of this thread? That copy-n-paste that you inserted doesn't fix anything. The issue here is a bug in the UI of the task tray code for 1903, which obviously has not been fixed in 1909.
Oh, and BTW, I AM a network engineer and a developer...and Microsoft is the VPN provider, so where's that support team??
